About this Project

John and Margret’s home suffered structural damage from a tree that fell during a windstorm. The home suffered a lot of roof damage. They chose Struck and Sons to help restore their happy home. Richard Struck and his team of specialists advised the best methods to repair the damage.

Labor Day 2017 was put to the test for Mike when a kitchen fire happened in a rental unit. The fire resulted in significant damage needing proper restoration. The kitchen needed to be gutted, as well as adjacent rooms needing significant restoration from the smoke and soot.

About this Project

When a 200-year-old tree fell as a result of storm damage, it fell into and significantly damaged the Kemp home, an architectural gem from 1863. The Kemp’s knew they couldn’t trust just anyone, so they chose Struck and Sons to restore their Victorian home.

Struck and Sons specialists took time fabricating supports and roofing elements to match the original materials as well as working with specialized carpenters who could mill exact matching segments for the architectural molding around the house. It took an incredible attention to detail to restore this beautiful structure to its original glory.
